One Google sign-in powers everything across the Bloomz consoles: replies sent from your own Gmail (threaded in the customer's inbox), plus Google Meet links, calendar invites, and busy-slot blocking for meetings booked with you.
Personal access tokens let a script or a Claude session use the Tracker API as you — tasks, projects and comments only; they can’t sign in, manage the team, or create more tokens. They stop working when revoked, when they expire, or if you lose Tracker access.
